For an international foodtech company providing digital solutions for restaurants and food industry businesses, we are looking for a:
TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT – FRENCH SPEAKER
who will play a key role in the company’s international growth and will be responsible for:
- Remotely managing the deployment and configuration of installed solutions.
- Providing Level 1 and Level 2 support for advanced configurations.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical incidents.
- Training and supporting end users.
- Coordinating escalations and post-sales service decisions.
- Collaborating with the French sales team and the support team in France.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in technical support roles.
- Strong knowledge of networks (WAN, LAN, WiFi, Firewall, Routing).
- Experience with IT devices (PCs, printers, routers, servers, etc.).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stress management skills.
- Autonomous, well-organized, and customer-oriented.
- Fluent French is mandatory.
Work location: Madrid.
