The Role

We are looking for a Technical Consultant to join the International Consulting Team. This is a hybrid technical/client-facing role. You will be the bridge between the clients’ marketing teams and the company’s engineering department, ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of the software for the German-speaking market.

This position is ideal for a junior-to-mid-level professional (1+ years experience) who loves technology, enjoys solving problems, and wants to grow in a structured remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation & Setup: Lead the technical configuration of solutions (Tag Management, Privacy/Consent, Data Management) across client properties (Web, Mobile, Apps).
  • Client Consulting: Act as a trusted advisor to high-level clients (Head of Marketing, CDOs), helping them optimize their omnichannel data strategies.
  • Training: Design and deliver training sessions (remote and in-person) to increase client autonomy.
  • Customer Success: Maintain proactive contact with key accounts to ensure satisfaction, identify upselling opportunities (supported by Sales), and troubleshoot issues.
  • Internal Feedback: Relay technical issues and feature requests to the Product Team to drive continuous improvement.


The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience: 1+ years of professional experience in SaaS platform configuration/implementation or Digital Marketing Technology.


Technical Skills:

  • Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
  • Familiarity with JSON and web technologies.
  • Knowledge of Tag Management, Consent Management, or Analytics is a strong plus.


Travel avaibility:
the ideal candidate loves to travel, visit clients or partecipate in events

Language Skills:

  • German: Native or bilingual level (Essential for managing DACH clients).
  • English: Fluent (Corporate language).


Soft Skills:

  • Structured Autonomy: Capable of managing your own schedule in a full-remote setting while respecting core business hours (09:00–18:00).
  • Eagerness to Learn: The MarTech landscape changes fast; you must have a passion for continuous learning.
  • Team Player: Even though you work remotely, you actively participate in daily stand-ups and team dynamics.
