SENIOR QA MANAGER (M/F)

who will ensure the quality of our software products by leading a team of QA professionals in designing and executing effective testing strategies. Reporting to the Head of Engineering, the manager oversees QA team members embedded within various application teams, combining technical expertise, leadership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a collaborative QA team.
  • Develop and implement manual and automated test plans, including regression, integration, UAT, and load tests.
  • Oversee QA processes, ensuring efficiency and adherence to best practices.
  • Work closely with development, product, and infrastructure teams to integrate QA into the development lifecycle.
  • Prioritize and manage defects for timely resolution.
  • Define automation strategies using tools like Cypress and Ghost within CI/CD pipelines.
  • Track and report quality metrics to stakeholders.
  • Maintain and optimize test environments for reliable outcomes.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in QA, 2+ in leadership roles.
  • Proficiency in testing tools like Selenium, Postman, Cypress, CI/CD systems, and load testing.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience in ticketing or e-commerce and Agile environments preferred.
  • Anticipates issues and drives continuous quality improvements.
  • Fluent English.


Location: Monaco or Barcelona.
