SENIOR EMS-DMS SCADA ENGINEER

What you will do:
As a Senior EMS-DMS SCADA Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading different phases of SCADA/EMS/DMS/SAS projects for clients, from initial assessment and gap analysis of existing infrastructures, applications, and platforms at TSO and DSO premises, through conceptual design and detailed functional specification;
  • Supporting tendering processes and owner’s engineering activities, including detailed design review and participation in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT);
  • Organizing on-site data acquisition, supervising installation, management, and operation of related equipment;
  • Coordinating, executing, monitoring, and evaluating testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities of new SCADA/EMS/DMS/SAS systems, including possible support during trial operation;
  • Acting as a trusted partner to clients, assisting them in functional specification, tendering support, design review, and overall owner’s engineering throughout the project lifecycle.


Knowledge:

  • Electrical/Electronic Engineering, IT, or Telecommunications Degree;
  • Strong background in Information and Operation Technology, automation and control systems, SCADA, SAS, EMS/DMS, and grid/power station control;
  • Familiarity with international standards (IEC 61850/60870, SNMP);
  • Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.


Experience:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in SCADA/EMS/DMS/SAS projects;
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in international teams.
  • Willingness to travel abroad for short and medium-term assignments.
