Your mission
We are looking for a high-energy Sales Manager to act as the exclusive face of the company in South Africa. This is not a traditional "sales job," but a real strategic role. You will inherit an already profitable market with the objective of expanding and diversifying the business in the rich South African mining sector, and identifying new sourcing opportunities across the region.

Candidate DNA

  • The "Hunter" Mindset: 10+ years of commercial experience with a focus on results, not just processes.
  • Eclectic & Proactive: You are someone who sees opportunities where others see obstacles. You are comfortable talking to plant managers one day and raw material suppliers the next.
  • Sector-Agnostic: Experience in steel, mining, or heavy industry is a plus, but we prioritize character, grit, and initiative over specific technical degrees.
  • Ready for the Field: Willingness to travel to industrial hubs and mines to get the job done.
