We are looking for a FIELD SALES ENGINEER (ALL GENDERS) in the BURSA REGION for an internationally operating company in the automation sector.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Managing and Expanding Your Sales Area: You will be responsible for your region, maintaining existing customer relationships and acquiring new customers (B2B).
  • Implementing Sales Strategy: You will execute regional sales plans and actively contribute to achieving company goals.
  • Business Development: You identify growth opportunities and implement them with innovative approaches.
  • Close Collaboration with Internal Departments: You will work closely with back-office teams, marketing, and other departments to achieve the best results.


Your Profile:

  • Professional Experience in Field Sales: Ideally, at least 2 years of sales experience or more.
  • Technical Understanding: Knowledge of the vacuum automation industry is advantageous; a technical background (education or studies) is a plus.
  • Language Skills: Mothertongue Turkish and English (fluent).
  • CRM Expertise: Experience with MS Dynamics 365 (CRM) or similar tools.
  • Independence and Customer Focus: You enjoy working autonomously and consistently prioritize customer needs.
