We are looking for a FIELD SALES ENGINEER (ALL GENDERS) in the region around ISTANBUL (Asia Region) for an internationally operating company in the automation sector.
Your Responsibilities:
- Managing and Expanding Your Sales Area: You will be responsible for your region, maintaining existing customer relationships and acquiring new customers (B2B).
- Implementing Sales Strategy: You will execute regional sales plans and actively contribute to achieving company goals.
- Business Development: You identify growth opportunities and implement them with innovative approaches.
- Close Collaboration with Internal Departments: You will work closely with back-office teams, marketing, and other departments to achieve the best results.
Your Profile:
- Professional Experience in Field Sales: Ideally, at least 2 years of sales experience or more.
- Technical Understanding: Knowledge of the vacuum automation industry is advantageous; a technical background (education or studies) is a plus.
- Language Skills: Mothertongue Turkish and English (fluent).
- CRM Expertise: Experience with MS Dynamics 365 (CRM) or similar tools.
- Independence and Customer Focus: You enjoy working autonomously and consistently prioritize customer needs.
