We are looking for Regional Commercial Leader for an internationally operating company in the automation sector. This responsible position offers the chance to lead strategically and achieve long-term success.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the Eastern Europe business (Romania, Bulgaria, Poland, Czech Republic)
- Develop and implement the sales strategy – you are the creative mind behind organizing and managing sales operations.
- Analyze and take responsibility for KPIs, using this data to optimize local sales performance.
- Strategic Business Development – develop/identify growth strategies and build an effective sales funnel.
- Key Account Management – manage important B2B customer relationships, identify sales potential, and successfully realize it.
Your Profile:
- Solid experience in sales (5+ years).
- Experience in a leadership position (3+ years)
- Fluent English skills.
- Industry knowledge in the automation sector.
- A university degree in a technical or business-related field.
