PROJECT MANAGER MONITORING SYSTEMS

What you will do:
As a PROJECT MANAGERMONITORING SYSTEMS, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Analysis of the context in which to install the monitoring system and identification of parameters to be monitored;
  • Feasibility studies and detailed design (up to executive level) of structural monitoring systems for static, seismic, meteorological, geotechnical, hydrological, etc. necessary to ensure proper control of the works or the surrounding environment;
  • Project management (preparation of detailed technical documentation, definition and organization of activities required for implementation, safety documents, subcontracting, bureaucratic procedures, etc.);
  • Supervision of the installation, testing and maintenance activities of automatic monitoring systems (civil, environmental and dynamic);
  • Production of final documentation for the completed system;
  • Analysis and engineering interpretation of monitoring data for periodic reporting.


Knowledge & Experience:

  • Degree in Engineering
  • At least 8 years' experience in the role
  • Registered with the professional board, authorized to sign projects;
  • PMP® (Project Management Professional) or similar certification (to be considered as a plus);
  • Proficiency in key software tools such as BIM, CAD, GIS, and Microsoft Office;
  • Excellent knowledge of English (knowledge of an additional language is highly valued);
  • Knowledge of industrial electronics (data acquisition systems, digital communication systems, etc.) and/or electrical and electromechanical installations (electrical plant engineering, small mechanical and civil works).


Skills & Competencies:

  • Experience working on construction sites;
  • Ability to build productive relationships with customers and colleagues;
  • Collaborative and open-minded approach, with strong adaptability, resilience, and proactivity;
  • Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally (occasionally and for short or medium duration);
  • Ability to work in confined spaces and/or at heights;
  • Training in project management and safety.
