Our client is a global consulting firm specializing in financial advisory, restructuring, and operational improvement services. We are looking for professionals to join the TMT Performance Improvement team in Milan.

- Drive operational improvements, from footprint optimization and lean manufacturing to enhancing supply chain efficiency (logistics, procurement).
- Deliver top-line growth through pricing optimisation and growth strategies that are tailored to the client’s needs.
- Focus on high-impact industries such as Technology, Media & Telecommunications, providing bespoke solutions that go beyond the surface to create lasting value.
The firm is known for stepping into high-stakes situations and rapidly identifying areas for improvement. You’ll be part of a team that dives into the heart of operational and financial turnarounds, often in time-sensitive environments. There, you won’t just recommend changes—you’ll implement them, ensuring long-term success and tangible value creation for clients.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or MBA;
- Strong consulting background with robust operational expertise in due diligence and resolving issues in TMT;
- Understanding of various components of fixed and mobile networks (access, core, transport, voice, data);
- Understanding of key IT systems involved in the telecom networks;
- Understanding of key cost and capex drivers of fixed and mobile networks, including key optimization levers;
- Visibility on major local and international suppliers for network components (software and hardware);
- Fluency in English and Italian; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
