ABOUT THE ROLE
A Marketing Project Manager for the Italian market that will report directly to the Head of Marketing. You'll be responsible for:
- increase qualified traffic on the website through an efficient and optimised integrated marketing plan, SEO optimization, content and CRM
- increase brand visibility through partnerships, PR actions, events and press - in partnership with the Italian PR agency
- create content and formats for B2C and B2B channels
- lead and supervise the online campaigns with briefings, marketing objectives and follow-up of the KPIs
- work in synergy with contact center in order to work on a consistent Omni Channel Customer Journey and Experience
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- University Degree
- 6-8 years of experience in the marketing field
- Preferencial Background: Tourism / Luxury / Entertainment / Retail
- Strong understanding of online marketing and e-commerce
- Advanced knowledge of PPT and Excel, familiarity with Chat GPT and other AI tools
- Italian and English working proficiency
