For one of our clients, an international leader in designing and producing the world’s most advanced electronic systems for lift accessories, we are seeking a LIFT SERVICE ENGINEER (M/F) for the London area, to strengthen his team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical support: Provide expert telephone support to customers for troubleshooting lift accessories.
- Service and assistance: Oversee customer needs throughout the process, including maintenance, repair, and commissioning of accessories.
- On-Site commissioning: Assist with the installation of new accessories at customer sites and deliver training to operators.
- Technical work: Perform work on electrical and electronic components, cabling, and software updates.
- Collaboration: Cooperate closely with the technical team to share knowledge and resolve technical issues.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of activities and produce detailed service reports.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, or Electronics.
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role within the lift industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
- NVQ3 or NVQ4 certificate is a big plus.
