JUNIOR OR SENIOR Project Manager – Luxury Interiors (Italian Speaking)

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a talented, Italian-speaking Project Manager to join a prestigious leader in the luxury interiors and contract furniture market. Our client is a leading name, renowned for its European design and manufacturing excellence, specializing in delivering bespoke furniture and joinery packages for London's most iconic residential and hospitality projects.
As a Project Manager, you will take full ownership of high-profile projects, from contract agreement through to final handover. You will be the driving force that ensures excellence, orchestrating internal and external teams and acting as the primary point of contact for premier clients, developers, and architectural firms.

Your Responsibilities
- End-to-End Project Leadership: Take complete ownership of projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and uncompromising quality standards are met.
- Strategic Coordination: Act as the crucial bridge between the European-based design and production teams and the complex realities of the London construction site, ensuring seamless communication and constant alignment.
- Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, main contractors, architects, and subcontractors, managing expectations and proactively resolving any issues.
- Commercial & Contractual Control: Monitor progress, manage variation orders and design changes, and ensure adherence to contractual conditions to protect the company's interests.
- Quality & Safety Assurance: Oversee on-site installation, ensuring every detail reflects the brand's quality and that all Health & Safety regulations are strictly followed.
The Ideal Profile
We are looking for a professional who combines technical acumen with outstanding managerial skills.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven Experience: A strong track record as a Project Manager within the high-end fit-out, bespoke joinery sector, or in a similar role for a main contractor, with experience on large-scale projects. For the junior position, we are open for profiles with first experience within the architecture &/or interior design industry.
- Dual Perspective (Production & On-site): A deep understanding of both factory production processes and the dynamics of on-site installation.
- Technical Competence: The ability to interpret complex technical drawings and communicate effectively with design teams.
- Essential Requirement:Fluency in Italian is essential to coordinate effectively with the manufacturing headquarters.
- Preferred Background: An educational or professional background in architecture, construction engineering, quantity surveying, or a related technical field will be a significant advantage.
