IT SAP S/4HANA - RIYADH/DUBAI
Our client is a global management consulting firm and a leading advisor on business strategy. For them, we are looking for professionals from all over the world who want to relocate in their Middle East Offices (Riyadh/Dubai). They provide sound advice on all relevant IT issues. In particular, the migration to the SAP S/4HANA solution, given the ECC end-of-life maintenance, presents their customers with critical challenges.
Main Responsibilities
To serve their customers even better, they would like to strengthen their Enterprise Solutions team. You’ll work on local and international customer projects, and together with clients, you’ll actively develop superior, business value-driven ERP and application architecture strategies, concepts and roadmaps and apply your sound technical and process-related understanding.
You'll support organizations with their most critical IT and ERP transformations, especially migrations to SAP S/4HANA. The role combines technical and strategic work: collaborating with experts, advising clients on architecture, roadmaps, and value-driven ERP strategies, and helping deliver impactful outcomes. It requires a hands-on, collaborative, and innovative approach to solving complex problems.
You’ll deal with:
- Lead end-to-end enterprise transformation programs (CRM, ERP, HCM, SCM, Planning, Manufacturing), from strategy definition and architecture design to vendor selection, implementation governance and quality assurance;
- Introduce best practices to reduce customizations and lower maintenance costs;
- Contribute to the enterprise solutions community at BCG Platinion by sharing expertise (attending key conferences, researching emerging technologies such as GenAI, creating innovative content).
How you can make the difference:
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration or a related field;
- At least from 2-6 years onwards of relevant experience in the context of strategic ERP/HCM/CRM/SCM/Planning/Manufacturing projects;
- General knowledge of wider portfolio of industry specific solutions, solution add- on’s and analytical tools;
- Technical knowledge of typical end-to-end processes relevant in the ERP context (Purchase-2-Pay, Order-2-Cash, Lead-2-Quote, Record-2-Report, Hire-2-Retire, etc.) and their implementation in SAP S/4HANA;
- Knowledge of specific SAP industrial solutions (IS-OIL...), technical SAP add-on solutions (e.g. APO/IBP, Treasury/BCM, FSCM, Transportation Management, BPC/SEM, etc.) and analytical SAP tools (e.g. SAP BW/BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Digital Boardroom, etc.);
- Fluent written and spoken English. Arabic language skills are considered a plus.
Expertise: we are looking for professionals with 2–5 years of relevant experience in enterprise solutions transformation.
