FP&A MANAGER (M/W/D)

Company: An internationally active company in the manufacturing industry with locations in Europe and a significant growth strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for Controlling and FP&A, including budgeting and financial planning
• Improvement of forecast processes and their accuracy
• Close collaboration with various departments to optimize cooperation and visibility
• Support in production analyses and monitoring of costs and margins
• Managing and leading an international team, including across different locations

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in financial management, controlling, and FP&A, ideally in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in handling ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Strong analytical skills and experience in financial modeling and cost management
• Team leadership competencies and experience in cross-functional collaboration
• Very good English language skills
• German is a plus
