FINANCE CONTROLLER

Our customer is an international company which is a part of an important corporate group.

We are looking for a Finance Controller who will support Finance Director in compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies on the local level.

You will be in charge of:

• Providing financial insight to the plant Finance Director;
• Analyses of cost center expenses and supporting discussion with
• cost center managers;
• Supporting in definition of improvement actions;
• Supporting financial data analytics to identify any trends, potential risks or
• improvement areas within the plant level;
• Supporting for the preparation of local financial statements (local GAP and Swiss
• Gap FER);
• Supporting Plant Finance Director in applying internal risk controls (ICS) on plant
• level;
• Supporting Plant Finance Director in local CAPEX management according to
• group guidelines and DoA;
• Supporting for CAPEX evaluation with preparation of Business Cases;
• Supporting Investment Controlling (Time, Cost, Impact);
• Operational and production controlling on the local sites;
• Financial data analytics to identify any trends, potential risks or
• improvement areas within the site;
• Margin Analysis (Analysis of margin of Business Units / Product Lines, pre/post-calculations of orders;
• Reporting to Business Unit and Group Management;
• Supporting in the development of the plant’s annual budget;
• Supporting in financial forecasts in coordination with other employees based on market trends and economic conditions;
• Control plants’ spending in alignment with budgets and looks for cost saving / profitability increase measures when necessary;
• Control plant’s capital expenditures in alignment with budgets and group guidelines;
• Supporting for importing and validation of data.

Requirements

• Degree in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, or related discipline;
• 3-5 years of experience in finance and controlling roles in an international
• environment;
• Fluent english;
• Experience in the manufacturing industry and experience in international
• companies;
• Deep Expertise in manufacturing controlling;
• Expertise in long- and mid-term planning, budgeting and forecasting;
• Expertise in investment / CAPEX management (Business Case planning, CAPEX
• planning, Project Controlling, Impact Controlling);
• Deep Expertise in data analytics and ability of handling big data and taking there-
• off business insights and actions required;
• Ability of understanding business processes and integrated business models and
• identification of improvement potential.
