The Role
We are looking for an ESG Specialist who will report directly to the ESG Global Manager.
Your mission will be to transform the company’s social and environmental commitments into robust internal processes and measurable results on an international scale. You will play a key role in ensuring that their positive footprint as a B Corp continues to grow in a structured and data-driven manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and analyze assigned ESG initiatives, ensuring alignment with global strategy.
- Process Optimization: Revisit, structure, and improve internal ESG processes to drive efficiency and transparency.
- International Support: Act as a key partner in the international implementation of ESG initiatives across different markets.
- Data Governance & Compliance: Support data governance, ESG certifications, and recertification processes, ensuring all requirements are met with high accuracy.
- Cross-functional Liaison: Collaborate with teams across various departments and countries to follow up on agreed actions and ensure global cohesion.
How can you fit into this opportunity?
- Education: University degree.
- Experience: Solid experience in a similar role. We value candidates coming from strategic consulting firms or from in-house ESG/Sustainability departments in multinational environments.
- Languages: Full professional fluency in English and Spanish.
- IT: Proficient in office tools (specially in Excel and Power Point).
- Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, ability to structure complex information, and strong interpersonal skills to influence international stakeholders.
