TREASURY MANAGER EUROPE (W/M/D)

We are currently looking for an European Treasury Manager (f/m/d) for a multinational manufacturing company that is expanding its teams across Europe — someone who will help drive the financial heartbeat of the organization across the continent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily cash and liquidity management across European entities to ensure optimal liquidity positioning.
  • Contribute to the establishment of a centralized European Treasury Service Center, integrating regional treasury functions.
  • Develop cash flow forecasts and manage short- and long-term liquidity requirements.
  • Maintain and expand banking relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance and negotiating favorable terms.
  • Optimize working capital by improving DSO/DPO metrics and streamlining related processes.
  • Implement Treasury Management Systems to increase operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Tax, and Accounting teams to align treasury strategy with business goals.
  • Collaborate in a multilingual treasury team across Europe.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; additional certifications (e.g., CFA, CTP) are a plus.
  • 5+ years of treasury management experience, ideally within an international, multi-entity environment.
  • Fluent in both English; French or German is a strong plus.
  • Proven success in managing cash operations, currency risk, and multinational banking relationships.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with Treasury Management Systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical mindset with deep understanding of liquidity KPIs, financial models, and reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence across levels and cultures.
