The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the local sales team to maximize performance.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and challenges.
- Oversee sales forecasting, reporting, and budget management.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role within a structured organization.
- Proven success in leading a sales team and achieving significant revenue growth.
- Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is highly preferred.
- Fluency in both Turkish and English is mandatory.
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Istanbul.
