3D METROLOGIST (M/F)

Our customer is a major group, a leader in land planning and on-site measurements in various fields. A recognized market expert for 70 years, they work on projects of international scope.

As part of a major global project, we are looking for a 3D METROLOGIST (M/F) who will intervene in support of the project team. This person will be responsible for monitoring the metrological aspects related to the production, from preliminary design to final acceptance test.

The professional will be in charge of:

• Data analysis
• Evaluation of metrology-related documents and dossiers
• Simulation and design of dimensional control procedures
• Virtual assembly
• Assessment of measurement uncertainty
• On-site dimensional inspection
• Report Writing
• Measurement Range Development/Automation

Requirements:

• At least a 2-year higher education diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Physical Measurements, mechanical engineering school or surveyor
• Min. 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Your knowledge in the field of large volume dimensional metrology and geometric tolerancing is very good
• You are able to organize yourself effectively to manage the different stages of production
• Business-fluent written and spoken English language skills (B2 minimum)
