Their innovative SaaS platform helps retail, grocery, e-commerce, and logistics companies streamline logistics, improve visibility, and ensure timely deliveries with a smarter, greener approach.
To support the development and growth of the DACH market, we are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven SENIOR ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE to join the growing sales team.

Location: DACH or anywhere in Europe - this position is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the consultative value-selling processes to drive business growth.
  • Create and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within the enterprise sector.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Analyze and clarify strategic and operational goals with customers during negotiations to identify how the company can add value to their logistic operations.
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and present tailored solutions to prospective clients.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from qualification to closing.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to lead the end-to-end sales process, engaging appropriate resources such as BDR, Marketing, Solution Architects, Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners, etc.

Your Profile:

  • Proven success in enterprise software sales, preferably with a SaaS platform.
  • Extensive experience leading sales cycles involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience selling in the DACH market.
  • Skilled in consultative and value-driven technology sales.
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop a strong network.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with boundless energy.
  • Self-motivated, high-achiever, and a “rain maker”.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Experience in logistics and supply chain is a plus.
